- Highly complex electrical infrastructures. We lead the design and legalization of High, Medium and Low Voltage networks. We orchestrate the feasibility and execution of electrical substations and transformation centers, acting as direct technical interlocutors with the main distribution companies (Iberdrola, Endesa). We provide maximum solvency to large industrial consumers, ensuring the quality of supply and the continuity of their operations.
- Advanced MEP Engineering in residential and tertiary construction. We provide "intelligence" and comfort to buildings. We design integrated, high-efficiency systems for residential complexes, commercial areas, hotels and large parking lots. Our MEP scope includes comprehensive electrification, high-performance air conditioning, hydraulic and sanitation networks, production of Domestic Hot Water (DHW), state-of-the-art telecommunications infrastructure and advanced Fire Protection Systems (PCI).
- Industrial and Logistics Facilities. We understand that in the industry, time is profitability. We design robust, scalable networks and facilities adapted to the most demanding production processes. We design highly reliable electrical rings, process fluid networks, industrial ventilation, efficient lighting and structured cabling, ensuring safe work environments and uninterrupted operations.
- High Demand Public and Facility Building. We contribute our know-how to the infrastructures that support society. We have vast experience in the technical design of primary and secondary schools, as well as in projects of extreme thermodynamic demand, such as public swimming pools with heated covers. We guarantee strict hygrothermal control, maximum energy efficiency and compliance with the comfort and safety standards required by the public administration.
- Renewable Generation, Storage Systems (BESS) and Autonomous Mobility. We turn the energy transition into a competitive advantage and a safe investment. We provide the detailed engineering, processing and technical rigor (Due Diligence) necessary to guarantee the bankability and maximum performance of clean generation assets.
- Large photovoltaic parks and BESS systems: We lead the comprehensive development of large-scale generation plants, including all evacuation infrastructures. We are experts in the hybridization of solar parks with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This strategic integration allows optimizing the production curve, avoiding discharge into the network (curtailment) and maximizing the profitability of the asset by participating in adjustment markets.
- Industrial photovoltaic self-consumption: We design high-power solar plants on industrial roofs and adjacent land. We design facilities aimed at drastically reducing the energy OPEX of large industry, technically structuring both collective self-consumption models and the viability of long-term energy purchase and sale contracts (PPA).
- Autonomous electric vehicle charging systems (IRVE): We innovate in the deployment of electric mobility by designing self-sufficient charging stations. We integrate photovoltaic carports combined with BESS storage systems, allowing the implementation of ultra-fast charging hubs in locations with limited access to the conventional electrical grid, guaranteeing a continuous and 100% green supply.
